Sri.Vajjhala Venkata Rama Rao  Managing Director

Mr. V V Rama Rao, the Managing Director of Anagha Automobiles has an illustrious career in the Automobile field for nearly 60 years and continuing.


After obtaining a Diploma in Mechanical engineering from Chengalvaraya Naicker Polytechnic College, Chennai in the year 1960, Rama Rao had worked and trained as an Apprentice at Praga tools and APSRTC for 3 Years. From 1963 to 1964 served the Indian Army as a Lieutenant (18 SSB Emergency Commission)

In 1965 Rama Rao joined Telco (Now TATA Motors) Service Department and worked for this company for 36 long years from the year 1965 to 2001 (including 16 years in export service at Bangladesh, Afghanistan, Sri-Lanka, Tanzania, Iran, Uganda and Nigeria. Handled various portfolios like Warranty handling, Technical literature development, AMCs, Competitor vehicle bench-marking, Zonal head, Advisor to ministry of transport Afghanistan, Companies representative to major State transport undertakings etc. 

After retirement from TATA Motors, Rama Rao founded Anagha Automobiles Pvt. Ltd in the year 1997, Anagha Automobiles Pvt. Ltd is an Automobile services company based at Hyderabad.
